🌳 Meet Tom | President & Founder

Tom is the President and founder of Bur Oak Group, Inc., which he started 25 years ago with hard work, determination, and a vision for what the company could become.

Twenty-five years later, you definitely won’t find Tom sitting behind a desk all day. He is involved in just about every aspect of the company, from what happens inside the office to getting outside and working alongside the maintenance crews. If something needs to be done, there’s a pretty good chance Tom is already there doing it.

And then there’s snow season. ❄️

When the snow starts falling, Tom hits the ground “running”… and running… and running. Whether he’s coordinating crews, checking properties, jumping in where needed, or making sure everything keeps moving, he’s right there in the middle of it.

After 25 years, Tom still leads Bur Oak Group, Inc. the same way he built it: from the ground up, with dedication, hard work, and a willingness to get his hands dirty. 🌳💪

His philosophy: Never ask your team to do something you wouldn’t be willing to do yourself.
