Mike has been with Bur Oak Group, Inc. for 25 years, making him an important part of the company’s story from the very beginning. As Vice President, you’re much more likely to find him out in the field than behind a desk, meeting with clients, checking on projects, working with the crews, and making sure things get done.

After 25 years, saying Mike “knows the customers” might be an understatement. He knows them by their first names, knows their properties, and probably remembers what they talked about the last time he saw them. 🤝🌳 Building those long-standing relationships is a huge part of what Mike brings to Bur Oak.

If Tom is the first man on the ground, Mike is right behind him. He’s the second man on the job, helping coordinate crews, keeping properties moving, solving problems, and doing whatever needs to be done until the snow stops and the job is finished.
