Meet Justin Jernigan | Operations Project Manager

For the past 15 years, Justin has been an important part of the Bur Oak Group, Inc. team, and if there’s something new being built, chances are Justin has his hands in it.

As our Operations Project Manager, Justin oversees new builds and the construction department, helping take projects from plans on paper to finished landscapes. He keeps projects moving, crews organized, problems solved, and all those little details that nobody thinks about until they suddenly become very BIG details under control. 🚜🌳

Justin is the guy helping make sure the right people, equipment, and materials all end up in the right place at the right time. In construction, that can occasionally feel like herding skid steers. 😄

And because apparently managing construction isn’t enough…

Justin is down for snow, too. ❄️

When winter hits and the rest of the world is hoping for a snow day, Justin knows that means it’s time to get to work.

When he finally gets to head home, Justin has a wife and two kids waiting for him. So whether he’s managing construction crews, snow operations, or life in a house where he’s outnumbered three-to-one, Justin has plenty of experience keeping up. 😂

After 15 years, Justin has become one of the people Bur Oak counts on to build it, manage it, solve it, and when necessary… plow it. 💪🌳❄️
