🌱 Meet Juan Garcia | Operations Manager

For the past 15 years, Juan has been an important part of keeping Bur Oak Group, Inc. growing and moving in the right direction.

As our Operations Manager, Juan handles just about anything and everything involving our crews. From coordinating the day-to-day work to making sure everyone has what they need to get the job done, Juan is one of the key people connecting what gets planned in the office with what actually happens out in the field. 🌳🚜

When you have multiple crews, multiple properties, changing schedules, equipment, materials, and Mother Nature all trying to participate in the same day, things can get interesting. Juan is right in the middle of it, keeping everyone moving forward.

After 15 years, he knows our crews, knows the work, and most importantly, knows what it takes to turn a plan into a finished landscape.

But Juan’s love of growing things doesn’t end when the workday does.

At home, he has a wife and four kids, and when he gets a little time to himself, Juan loves growing things with his own hands. 🌱🪴 There’s something fitting about a man who spends his workdays helping Bur Oak grow and then goes home and keeps right on planting.

Although with four kids at home, you could argue he’s been pretty successful at growing things there too. 😂

His philosophy: Put in the work, take care of your people, and give things the attention they need to grow. 🌱🌳
