For the past 9 years, Jaimie has been keeping Bur Oak Group, Inc.’s customers informed, accounts organized, and everyone prepared for whatever Mother Nature decides to throw our way.

As our Account Manager, Jaimie handles Bur Oak’s accounts and is a major point of communication with our customers. When weather changes schedules, plans need to shift, or Mother Nature decides she has other ideas, Jaimie is the one making sure our clients know what’s happening. 📱🌧️

Then comes winter. ❄️

During snow events, Jaimie helps manage the impact of the storm, keeping communication flowing while the crews are out battling the snow. While Tom, Mike, Justin, and the team are watching what’s happening on the ground, Jaimie has her eye on the bigger picture, making sure customers stay informed through it all.

Basically, if you get a message from Jaimie about the weather, you might want to look out the window. 😂🌨️

And somehow, work may actually be the quiet part of her day.

At home, Jaimie has two kids, a husband, two dogs, a cat AND a tortoise. 🐶🐶🐱🐢 So coordinating multiple personalities and handling unexpected situations is not just something she does at Bur Oak. She’s had extensive field training.

After 9 years, Jaimie has learned that whether you’re managing customers, weather, snowstorms, kids, dogs, cats, or turtles, communication is everything.

Her philosophy: Stay organized, keep everyone informed, and always keep one eye on the weather forecast. 🌳🌦️
